Toller Aufenthalt
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Anwesen verbracht, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Pool ist ein Highlight, die Lage für viele Ausflugsziele ideal und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal.

Het huis is modern en compleet & heel schoon. 3 Kamers hebben airco en dus maximaal voor 6 personen. Nadeel is dat er 1 toilet is met 2 badkamers met regendouches. Keuken is goed voorzien met van alles. Buiten is een glazen eettafel met genoeg stoelen en een lounge bank die niet lekker zit. Ook staat er een weber gasbarbeque, uiteraard met voldoende gas. Wij zaten in middelste villa met meeste privacy. Daarentegen kan je niet ver kijken. In de middag heb je last van muggen en zou een plafond ventilator handig zijn. Zwembad is fijn met eigen te bedienen stofzuiger.

Très bon séjour
Belle maison très bien équipée et très bon acceuil chaleureux . Région magnifique. Seule déception, piscine rapidement ombragée a cause d'un arbre juste à côté. La végétation est magnifique et nombreuse , je pense que cet arbre est en trop.

Erlebnisreicher Aufenthalt in der Ardeche
Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem neuen Haus verbracht. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um an die Flüsse zu fahren, eine Kanu zu mieten, zu wandern und Rad zu fahren. Alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. In Ruoms kann man prima einkaufen und Essen gehen. Im Ort gibt es einen Bäckerin einen kleinen Laden. Das Haus ist neu, war blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die terrassenmöbel sind in gutem Zustand. Gepflegter Pool. Um das Haus herum ist viel Schotter und grobe Steine aufgeschüttet, das könnte man noch schöner gestalten, aber ansonsten ist es zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Merci!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in sehr ruhiger und schöner Umgebung. Grandiose Terrasse mit anliegendem großen Pool. Alles sehr sauber und technisch perfekt. Sehr schöne große Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung. Schlafzimmer mit leiser effektiver Klimatisierung. Sehr schöne Bäder mit großen Regenduschen. Einziges Manko: Die Bäder haben keine Toiletten. Die „Gästetoilette“ ist die Einzige des Hauses. Für uns 4 als Familie war das o.k. Für 6 Personen sicher problematisch.

Traum-Ferienhaus in der Ardeche
Unser Ferienhaus entsprach in allem der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen - komplett, hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und technisch perfekt. Die Lage ist extrem ruhig, das Haus von anderen uneinsehbar und der Ausblick traumhaft. Trotzdem gibt es beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe im Dorf. Die Klimaanlagen sind top, so dass wir auch die heißen Julitage angenehm verbringen konnten. Der Pool als Erfrischungszentrum ist super und top gepflegt - das Salzwasser war viel besser als das sonst oft übliche Chlorwasser. Abschließend ist die gute Seele Pascal (Manager) besonders lobend zu erwähnen. Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und ständig erreichbar hat er uns vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr nett begleitet. Wir würden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen!

Sehr entspannter Urlaub
Schöne ruhige Lage des Hauses. Es gibt noch 2 weitere Häuser, wie dieses die auf dem Grundstück stehen. Durch die Anordnung hat man allerdings kaum Berührungspunkte. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Super Kommunikation. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Was besonders angenehm aufgefallen ist, dass es nicht nur pro Person einen Teller, Glas, etc. gibt so dass man die Sachen einfach in die Spülmaschine räumen kann und immer noch Geschirr zur Verfügung hat. Ebenso bei Salatschüsseln, etc. - in anderen Ferienwohnungen gab‘ es schon Herausforderungen wenn man mehr als einen Salat zubereiten wollte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner ruhiger Gegend
Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der trotz unserer deutlich verspäteten Ankunft auf uns gewartet hat und uns alles im und um das Haus herum gezeigt hat. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Baujahr 2019. Alles sehr sauber und auch der Pool mit Terrasse ist toll und dank Abdeckung auch für kleinere Kinder recht sicher.

Wir hatten ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Terasse und der Pool ist sehr gut an die Terasse angeschlossen. Auf der Terasse kann man wunderbar die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht geniessen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Hoffe das Haus ist frei wenn wir wieder in dieser Ecke Urlaub machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Nous avions une maison très bien équipée, tout était très propre. La maison a une très belle terrasse et la piscine est très bien reliée à la terrasse. Sur la terrasse, vous pourrez profiter à merveille du calme et de la belle vue. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles. J'espère que la maison sera libre quand nous reviendrons en vacances dans ce coin. Les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Très belle villa, tout confort et bien situé
Agréable séjour d’une famille de 6 personnes. Villa spacieuse et bien équipée pour 6 personnes mais possibilité d’être à 8. Elle est vraiment bien située, magnifique vue de la terrasse et de la piscine sur les vignes. Proche de toute commodités (-20min), restaurants, activités mécaniques (karting, quad, motocross...) et 30min de Vallon pont d’Arc.
