"Upon entering the room, it has a masky smell and felt as if no one has open up the room to air it. The sink has black stain edges. It does feel the hotel has alot of hit and miss areas. Though the manager on duty remain friendly and warm. The hotel is right at the top of the hill and the drive is challenging with limited lights. if you are foreigner, you will miss all the turns especially at night. "

"The biggest advantage of this ryokan hotel is its low price. The hot springs also had good quality. The ryokan staffs are friendly too. But firstly, the location of Ryokan belongs to the outskirts of Ureshino hot spring village. So there is no place to walk around. Second, overall cleanliness is not good. Third, the restaurant in the ryokan is very noisy on the day when there are group guests. "
