"Professional and courteous service. Room spacious and amenities good. Choice of restaurants was great and the Japanese food was delicious. The only drawback was the heating system in the room which was permanently set at “too warm” and could not be adjusted. "

"I really enjoyed my one night stay here. The check in staff were very helpful and we had a very pleasant twin room. You select the amenities you want for the room in the lobby- there’s no wastage. The walk to the local shopping street and cable car to the castle on the hill is easy. And there is a tram over the way which we used to get to the Dogo Onsen. The room was fastidiously clean (as most of Japan is) and quiet. Great choice in Matsuyama."

"This I’d really an exceptional hotel and is also very reasonably priced. The onzen is very nice and was never over crowded. The breakfast was very much worth the price, and the 7:00 pm icecream is a very nice touch. "

The bath is really nice, and the view of the city is beautiful. I will definitely consider returning to this hotel if I get the chance."
