"Unfortunately, there is no way to rate negatively. Rooms, beds, sofas, windows, and corridors everywhere were filled with garbage only. Anyone can vomit while entering the toilets. "where to start? left after one night as the noise of the train station kept me awake … room was also cold … tho they did supply a heater . small basic room . also because of a local event you can only approach the hotel down a muddy track with packs of feral dogs …. KEEP AWAY"

"My stay at hotel Rama Continental Prayagraj was nothing short of excellent! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, offering both comfort and security throughout my visit. The room was very clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team, and every space felt clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly welcomed. In particular, Ms. Shalini at reception was always kind and welcoming and helpful. The hotel’s convenient location made visiting the area effortless, and the delicious food was a highlight of my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you for making my visit so enjoyable in Prayagraj."

"The property was not as shown. To access it, one has to go down a tiny dirty lane. There was no sign stating it was the Fab Hotel Comfort inn. The corridors and elevator were tidy. In the room, the sheets and towel were stained. Only a single small soap bar was provided. Perhaps not the property’s fault but neighbouring rooms were very noisy all night. "
