"Beautiful old antep property, a quiet setting close to the bazar, restaurants etc. Car parking is a real challenge if your driving, the streets are very narrow to reach their otopark, however the staff are excellent and where able to take control of our car after we had abandoned it in a safe place after our first failed attempt to drive there. All in all a lovely stay with excellent staff and a good breakfast also. "

"The manager stays in his office, and seems to know at once when we arrive at the main door, and will open it before we knock! We were allowed to check in a few hours early since room was available, and we were given a choice of rooms. He was most accomodating, and helped us call a taxi to the station later. "Very dirty rooms, blood on sheets (i took pictures), and drunk noisy guests. Before we check-in, the hotel showed that we checked in and charged the payment from Expedia. There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is Expedia than Pamuk City Hotel."

"They gave me a single bed room it was under above second floor toilet. The shared bath and toilet horrible it was small and with stand up shower together it was so disgusting (that mean when you want shower you need very careful stand your feet not fall to squat toilet) , all night i listen the toilet flush come from the second floor. i been travel a lot of countries the hotel was terrifying experiences in my travel life. sorry was forget to take photos.
