"The property was fine, but just because it has a balcony as a picture does not mean you’ll get an actual balcony if you get the two double beds that is always on the first floor and the first floor does not have true balconies. They have a sidewalk that people can walk on And they go right by your door right by your glass door that could easily get broken or broken into I tried to talk to the manager, and he was the rudest human I’ve ever met in my life. I told him I did not feel safe and he told me that was not his problem and there was plenty of hotels around the area. The hotel was nice. It was fine. It was clean the daytime. Young girl was nice the late night young guy was completely rude and should not be in customer service so hotel is fine if you want it to be quieter you’re gonna have to ask for a room on the inside of the hotel meaning not the room that faces the highway because it is so loud you hear every car that’s on the highway and it is so loud so it’s decent hotel for the money not any issues with the hotel itself just the staff and the fact that just because it says balcony or just because it has a balcony picture does not mean that you will have a true balcony per the manager"

I was, of course, incredibly nervous about timing everything so that I could propose before we got into our room, especially since I was planning to do it off-site and I knew once we were checked in we would spend the day enjoying the Gaylord's amenities. Fortunately for us, the front desk team were incredible co-conspirators. They helped me coordinate the day, gave us a complimentary upgrade, and sent us a free bottle of champagne and desserts. After I proposed, the team went even further above and beyond my expectations by sending up a card all of them had signed for us. That little gesture means so much to me and my fiancee. We will definitely be back."
