I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."

"Wonderful place and people. The cantina is nice. My only complaints are that the towels were super soft almost like microfiber and wouldn't absorb anything at all. So bring your own towels. One other thing, the road approaching is horrendous, simply awful. Oh and the dogs ... They are so nice, love those dogs!! "

Hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to help us with the generator when there was a blackout. Has all the amenities that you would need. Definitely recommend this place. "This turned out to be very disappointing. I was looking forward to this resort out of all the places I was visiting in the Philippines. It turned out to be the worst. First, the room did not have A/C, no hot water and the bed was like a baby mattress! That’s just the beginning. They don’t take credit cards at the resort. The WiFi was terrible. I had to pay over $100 to get a room with A/C. The facilities were run down and out dated. The restaurant was nice but no A/C either. Felt like Castaway!!...
