The location is very close to the old city and it’s very convenient to access all parts of the old city day and night, which makes things convenient. On top of that, the hosts were very nice people and provided great information on everything we asked. Having said this, there are a few points of improvement I wish to convey. 1) Leaving and returning from the premise requires the host to lock or open the main door. 2) We noted that our room was quite dusty and there were some wood splinters which we had to be aware of, presumably because of the ages furniture. Moreover, there are hidden nails in wooden furnitures. With bare feet walking on the floor and hands touching the wooden doors require extreme cautious, or hands and feet would be bleeding (both my hands and feet bleed during my stay) 3) Along with debris on our room floor, we had to request the host to perform at additional vacuum, which they gladly obliged. 4) Lastly, the washroom literally had no space to hang clothes or place toiletries and with breakfast not included, this place is quite expensive. Thankfully the location and gracious attitude of the hosts were welcomed. Frankly, if the above deficiencies were fixed, this place can easily be a 5/5, but with the current conditions, guests should keep in mind the points outlined above to manage expectations.

抵達時雖然民宿主人笑容迎接，但在天色已暗的屋內卻沒有開燈，入住時只有我們這組客人，沒有其他供應開水的服務，浴室很小不太方便，隔音不好，房間的暖氣是要主人開起中央空調才有，不能自行調整。早晨客廳的燈十分昏暗，不知道是省電還是什麼原因，但讓人感受不好，價錢高服務低的民宿。

Çok keyifli bir tatil yaşadık.
Benan Konak'ta ; Kemal Bey ve Sevgi Hanımın aile dostları gibi ağırlandık.Sanki yıllardır tanışıyormuşuz gibi çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı.Safranbolu'ya ilk gidişimiz olması ve böyle keyifli bir yerde kalmamız nedeniyle ailemiz için unutulmaz bir tatil oldu .En kısa zamanda tekrar Benan Konak misafiri olmak için planlar yapıldı bile :)

Benan Konak, Safranbolu'ya ilk kez yaptığımız ziyaretimizin en güzel hatırası olarak aklımızda yer etti. Konağın kapısından içeriye girer girmez sanki bir otelde konaklamaya değil de arkadaşlarımızın evini ziyarete gitmişiz gibi hissetmeye başladık. Konak oldukça özenli bir şekilde, aslına uygun ve zevkle dekore edilmiş, tertemiz nevresimleri ve geniş banyosu ile odaları da oldukça konforlu. Kahvaltıları da özenle hazırlanmış ve lezzetli. Konağın oldukça iyi fiziksel koşulları ve konumu dışında Kemal Bey ve Sevgi Hanım'dan bahsetmemek de olmaz.Kendileri ticari amaç güden bir müessese olmaktan çok evlerinde misafir ağırlayan genç bir çift gibiler. Bizlere karşı yaklaşımları oldukça içten ve misafirperverdi. Kendileri ile yaptığımız sohbetlerden, Safranbolu ile ilgili verdikleri tavsiyelerden çok keyif aldık. Benan Konak'ı gönül rahatlığı ile herkese tavsiye edebilirim.
