"We really enjoyed our stay in Lamoura. The property is beautifully decorated and well appointed and there was a lot to do in the area, including running, cycling and swimming. The large garage was invaluable on rainy days for entertaining the kids and drying washing. My only gripe was the lack of transparency about linen hire, cleaning charges and the need for a 500 euro deposit, neither of which were mentioned in the listing, meaning I didn't bring a cheque book and had to sort it all out...

"Ne vous fiez pas à l'extérieur, car oui nous avons été un peu surpris à l'arrivée de l'état de la maison extérieur. L'intérieur est simplement parfait, fonctionnelle, peut être qu'il faudrait plus de vaisselle. Mais une douche dans chaque chambre, et de grands espaces, c'est bien. Et l'environnement ( dès que l'on sort de la ferme) est magnifique, de belles ballades à faire à pied. Et en voiture à côté de sites très beaux. L'hôte est très accueillant et très gentil. "The chalet was very comfortable for our stay for XC skiing. It provides easy access to several different areas for skiing and snow shoeing. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Christelle and François were friendly and responsive hosts. Having a garage is unusual for a short-term rental and was much appreciated during the first snowy days of our stay. "We had an amazing time in Doucier. It's a wonderfully tranquil area, perfect for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. The property was exactly as described; upon our arrival, everything was clean and just like in the pictures. The porch is a real plus, especially during the summer! On a less positive note, the beds are not the most comfortable, and if you plan on cooking, bring your kitchen utensils as there is only the bare minimum provided, which was a bit challenging for us as we love to...
