Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 17 km, railway station "Säffle" 17 km, sandy beach "Nysäter" 12 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. No running water in the house.
"Boda Åsen Jaktstugan", 1-room house 14 m2. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table. Exit to the veranda.
