"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging. "My friends and I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. It was located in the center of Hatyai. Super convenient for shopping lovers as the street in front is a shopping heaven itself. No need to travel far for shopping! Staffs are friendly and the room is very very clean and comfy!!!! Definitely a gem in the city!!!"

"The receptionist speaks good English. She explained the hostel's rules and showed us around. The room was a comfortable size for all 4 of us. Only 2 complaints - the stairs for the bunk beds were too close to the wall so it was difficult to climb up and down, and the water pressure for the shower was quite low."
