"We entered the room and was immediately dissapointed.The bed felt like bricks and was dirty.The bunkbed had marginal room and was very uncomfortable.The room had a bathroom.The shower door was unusable and failed to open.The bathroom door didnt shut, had no lock.The floor was sticky. "Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff was nice and helpful. Room is small and AC would turn off in the night. Area seems run down, and there were tons of mosquitoes. Expedia advertised room as a double and a twin, not a bunk bed. Hotel does not have any triple rooms that are not bunk beds; they are bunk or crib mattresses. "

"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. "The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! "Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place. Secure on site parking. Food in the restaurant amazing. Choice of food in the bar limited, so if staying a few days, feels like not enough to choose from. Staff helpfull and trying thier best to help and delivery top service. One thing is no lift in the property, so lagguage on the higher levels to be curried by hand, but staff is happy to help with it."

"The host were very helpful and beyond kind, just amazing genuine people! Property is convenient for visiting Chantilly and Senlis as it is located in a quiet village right in the middle. Breakfast is simple, good for short stay but pretty much the same every morning so could get boring. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new.
