Mattress was filthy. Stabs from a big knife was in the mattress and bed cover like it had not been changed. Dead roaches. No hair dryer, telephone or microwave. Tv broken on all corners from someone trying to steal it. Drug addicts and the end of every stair well to go up and down to get to my room. Building looks abandoned.

Wanted to stay here because we were going to a wedding near by and I didn't want drive back to SF so late at night. When we got back to our room after the wedding there were two baby roaches crawling on the bathroom sink. My partner was also suspicious that the mirror in the room was a one way as it failed the thumbnail test. As we were getting ready to sleep, my partner found a bedbug on his pillow. After that, we decided we could not stay here. We tried to check out but could not reach a worker at the front office. We left a note asking for a refund and the bedbug caught in a plastic bag at around 12:30am and drove back home.

THIS PROPERTY IS A SHXTHOLE! DO NOY STAY HERE! THE ROOMS ARE DAMAGED TO HELL, NOTHING WORKS, THERE IS NO HOT WATER, THERE'S BLOOD IN THE ROOMS, THERES BROKEN WINDOWS AND GLASS AROUND THE PROPERTY, ROACHES, AND HOMELESS LOITERING IN STAIRWELLS ACOSTING GUESTS!

There is a reason this is a 2-star property (probably more like 1-star!) and you get what you pay for. We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed. Our TV did not work, in fact the power cable had been removed and hotel staff shrugged it off. Our AC unit was old, hardly blew cold air and made very loud noises preventing us from a proper nights sleep. The bathroom shower & window sill was covered in black mold making for unsafe & unsanitary conditions... Management needs to step up!!!

For a stay on the cheaper side, good condition. Bare bones furnishings, small fridge. Room was clean. Staff great. Fair selection of shopping and eating within walking distance. I would stay again.

Staff was nice and housekeeping provided extra towels witnout asking which was convenient. We did have to ask for batteries for the smoke alarm and report that a screw came loose in the bathroom door frame, but aside from that, the room was clean, if a bit old with dingy walls. Fairly quiet area. Good for a budget traveller just needing a place to sleep and shower.

They were rude , and the air conditioner fell off and they had roaches running around . The shower let all the water out . And there quick to send someone to collect a payment but I had the same sheets for 3 days and had the nerve to be in me and mines business and some . Poor customer service after I spend 4 hundred something and had the nerve to not wait for the reservation too clear and told me I had to leave. I’m from Tacoma wa and don’t know nothing or no one . Very inconsiderate.

The tv didn’t have a remote nor did it work at all. The place smelled muggy and gross. The area was questionable. It felt like the place was filthy. Paint coming off the walls and holes everywhere.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it smelled like an ash tray. The cabinet in the bathroom was literally falling apart from water damage. The light switches were dirty. It was definitely a reminder that you get what you pay for.

Worst Stay Ever!!!!!
First I booked a king. When I checked in they tried to give me a 2 bed room. The only king they had was filthy. Pubic hairs on the bed , no fire alarm and really torn up. Smelled like smoke. moved to the 2 bed room. cleaner, but still run down No hangers? Really sketchy area. I can't believe that Hotels.com would do business with such a nasty place.

Second worst room I have stayed in.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no closet nor dresser in my room, nor a towel rack in the bathroom. There were no face cloths provided. The comforter on the bed was stained and the walls had hastily patched holes. The light above the table was burned out, ine of the chairs in the room had the remanrs of a random partially peeled of sticker on it. The stopper in the bathroom drain was broken. At least the bathroom was clean and the shower and toilet worked. The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean.
