Summary:
You will feel right at home in this quiet West Sacramento neighborhood. Our home is 2,966 square feet so you have plenty of room for your entire family. Bright open floor plan, spacious rooms, mature landscaping, and a pool welcome guests to relax and enjoy our home. We supply very comfortable beds and linens, 3 tv's, 2 family rooms, formal dining, washer/dryer and fast WiFi. Please note, the POOL is NOT heated and the waterfall feature is not operational. This is a 2 story home, with stairs.

Other Things to Note:
⧫ NO PARTIES- This is a quiet neighborhood and the homes are close together. By booking, guests are agreeing to abide by our QUIET hours 10pm-8am. No guests will be allowed to gather in the backyard past 10pm as this is a disturbance to the neighbors. If quiet hours are violated, by booking this property, guests are agreeing to paying a $250 fee per night of violation.

⧫ Pets- please clean up after your pet daily as we have service providers scheduled on the property throughout the week

⧫ Tuesday late afternoon- Pool service, will access the backyard unannounced
⧫ Thursday morning - Landscapers services, will access the backyard unannounced

⧫ Late checkout will be charged at minimum an additional night stay

⧫⧫ Sometimes a 2nd weekly pool treatment is required and we are not notified

Nice spacious home
This was a lovely, spacious home with many amenities including nice snacks, a large array of coffee options, and fluffy towels. There is a park diagonally across the street. It was convenient for us to come and go to Davis where we were visiting family.

Spacious House in West Sacramento
This house offered plenty of space for 10 adults for the weekend. Check in/out were easy. Overall the rental offered ample parking, a functional kitchen and within a few miles of grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and remote, but close enough to Sacramento to go out for dinner. A very lucky and affordable find for a special weekend!

Brilliant House for a large Family
We had 10 family members flying in from all corners of the country to attend my sisters wedding. Needless to say a crazy week for us all. The house is just wonderful. From the welcome basket to the cushy toilet paper/ shampoos, conditioners set out , the extra towels to the extensive kitchen amenities. It was a seamless stay. Our hosts we in touch throughout our stay and communicated at a moments notice. The rooms are perfectly sized, bedding was warm and extra blankets were a must knowing it was colder than we expected. Definitely recommend this house!

Large House perfect for family travelers
I loved this home. There was a sweet welcome basket awaiting our arrival. Appreciated the ability to check-in very late and check-out very early due to our flights. There was plenty of space in the home and the master bedroom was enormous! We had no issues at all and did not need to contact the property manager for anything. Would recommend to others and would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Great family house
If your travels take you to West Sacramento, this is the perfect family spot. We appreciated easy check in, gift basket, and Ghirardelli chocolate sauce in fridge. We’ll be back next time we return to visit local family and friends. And if you stay, don’t miss Lenise’s crepes and blended ice drinks. Pumpkin Chai frappe was great in 100 degree heat.
