I stayed at this property for about three weeks. I had to be in Sacramento for some medical treatment for my dog. I was pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the property. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The things that fell short were the pots and pans and the clothes dryers had some issues where two of the six didn’t work very well. The pots and pans were coated with Teflon that was degraded and peeling. The forks and spoons, etc. were fine. The refrigerator worked very well! My dog and I were quite comfortable.
Other than the dryer and pans issue, I would have liked to see a better area for dogs. It existed, but was a very small, dusty, dirty, bark mulch area and was nothing more than that and a trash can. I had to wipe off my dogs feet when we came in. What looked like bark was often bits and pieces of dog poop. We only went to that particular area a couple of times. It was gross.
There were homeless people right outside the property, but they were all over the city. That wasn’t the fault of the property.
Additionally, though there were signs, people were sitting in their cars or outside smoking pot. I don’t care if people smoke pot. What I don’t like is feeling I may get a contact high every time I go outside, no matter the time of day. There was a security guard later in the day and at night. I would have liked to see some enforcement of those rules.
Overall, though, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.
