Wonderful stay
Loved this house, the outside deck, trees and landscaping were fantastic. We were in town for our son basketball tournament, staying here was SO much better than staying at a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and wish we had had more time to enjoy the beautiful yard. The property is located near a beautiful little park in a quiet community. The host provided everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Home!
My family and I traveled to Sacramento for a short trip and decided to book this rental pretty last minute. The home exceeded our expectations! There is a lot of space inside and we each got to have our own bedroom. The backyard is an absolute gem - it’s spacious and peaceful, which is exactly what we needed during this trip! The home is located in a cute, quiet neighborhood and was very easy to find. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and wished we’d had more time! The host was also very responsive to all questions and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy. Would definitely stay again!

Arden Arcade weekend trip
The house is comfortably furnished. The property has a nice set of patio areas above a small creek with plenty of greenery. My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay.

We enjoyed a park like stay, while right in town. Spent most of the day sitting out on the deck, listening to birds and enjoying the trees. House was thoughtfully decorated and pet friendly.

Beautiful setting
We had a very nice stay at this house. The house was clean, comfy, well appointed and the back yard was amazing. We were in Sacramento for Easter and in spite of the rain, we had a great time. Thankfully the rain cleared enough for some of the family to gather with us for pizza on Saturday afternoon and it was a beautiful spot to entertain. Oksana was pleasant and helpful and we would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful working weekend
Colleagues from all over the country met here in Sacramento and stayed at this lovely home. The outdoor space is beautiful and was a fantastic backdrop for work, food and conversation. Unfortunately, it rained during part of our stay, but the comfortable indoor space met all our needs for the weekend. The host was tremendously, responsive, and helpful. I would stay here again

Had an amazing stay in Sacramento. The house was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and provided quick and easy access to Sacramento. Loved that it was on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood. Proximity to a park provided a nice place to walk around to enjoy the California sunshine the mornings.

Very nice clean property. Great patio with redwoods, fruit trees and comfortable furniture. Quiet safe neighborhood with nice city park 1 block away. Very nice pickleball courts half mile away. Comfortable beds and nice amenities.

Quiet Neighborhood with a great backyard escape
Was the perfect place and filled our needs. Quick weekend trip for a training. Had everything we needed and a nice little sanctuary for a backyard. Wish I had more time to just sit and have a cup of coffee!

Beautiful spot in Sacramento
We loved our stay here. The property is on a quiet culdesac in a super cute neighborhood and a block from a huge park. We had our two dogs with us and the house is very comfortable. The outdoors were perfect as we sat on the deck with the dogs all afternoon. 5 stars.

A True Gem
The property exceeded our expectations. The house has a great layout. The property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The private backyard was my favorite. Just beautiful! We frequented the beautiful park that is just around the corner, twice daily with our dog. I would highly recommend booking your stay here. Fantastic hosts!
