Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We were not able to stay at the property. Though I had written confirmation, when I went to get the check-in info I was told it had been booked for the month. I was able to contact the owner once, who agreed to do a call with me to VRBO, but he never picked up again after that first call. FORTUNATELY, VRBO made it right. They helped us book at a local rental complex so a disaster was averted!! They also helped make us whole refunding the charge we paid for the property.
