Had to book a room last minute and this was the cheapest option near me. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. The woman who checked me in and out was very kind, the room was nice and clean and included a smart tv (not a deal breaker, but was great). I would absolutely recommend and stay there again!
I LOVED THAT THE PROPERTY SEEMED BRAND NEW & WAS SUPER CLEAN. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS & THE PRICE IS JUST RIGHT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE & WILL BE BACK.
I stayed here with a group of friends for a night out in OOB. It was pretty expensive for one room but the trolly option was so convenient when it came to going out and about. The room was cute too, the photos on the website are just a little misleading about what the room actually includes. It was a clean, safe place to sleep during our stay so it got the job done. One thing to keep in mind if you choose one of their cabins is how close together they are. There is room between each small cabin for one car to fit and maybe open both doors all the way. There was a man who sat in his truck for a long time with his engine idling and it sounded like it was basically inside our cabin. For all intents and purposes I would stay again only if the nightly rate was lower. The young woman working the front desk was very nice and helpful to us upon check-in, though I sadly didn't catch her name.
We love the little cabin we stayed in. It was very clean. Updated and nice! It was a little loud with the traffic on the main road and the shed building company next door hammering and nailing at 8am but other than that, we loved the property. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and told us all the good places to eat and go to, as it was our first time in Maine. We would stay here again.

Liked: Amenities
Room was clean and pretty spacious. Our room had a refrigerator, oven and microwave. There is a trolley that runs hourly to old orchard beach. Pull- out sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping if you need a bed.
We went for my birthday wkend and our little cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was a little small as my husband is a big man but he managed other than that I would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone else looking to stay in that area .
We had a great stay! The property was quiet but still close enough to get around easily. The pool was great and the whole stay was peaceful and the relaxing vacation we needed. We will definitely be back!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Limited parking, no towels to in the kitchen area, lack of dishes, and supplies for cooking, AC was not on hot upon entering the unit, scrunched in like sardines, and no front porch to sit outside.
Motel was very clean and price was very reasonable. We had a great nights sleep as beds were very comfortable. The lady who checked us in could not have been nicer. Altho the motel is older it’s obvious that the owners work hard to keep it fresh & very clean. One suggestion would be to have a hook in the bathroom to hang clean clothes after showering. Even over the door hooks maybe.
The lady at the front desk was very nice however we couldn’t sleep due to the noise of the neighbor and the proximity to a busy road. The pool is extremely small nothing like the picture. The room was very clean and organized. I was supposed to get a refund for an extra guess that didn’t show up…. They still charged me “it is based on occupancy”
