The Layout
Exceptionally well laid out, there's a bedroom on each corner of the house. Open concept great room, kitchen and dining area with 20' vaulted ceilings, upscale decor & 2 sets of french doors that overlook the pool, entertainment area and poolside Cabana. The entire house has cool stained concrete floors.
Living Room
The western great room has 3 large, plush leather sofas. Smart TV can be seen in the kitchen and dining area as well. Floor-to-ceiling white rock, wood burning fireplace with custom leather cushion seating across the entire fireplace for added bench seating.

Chefs will love the easy flow kitchen that's fully equipped & well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Views of the pool & mountains, this large bedroom is a perfect family retreat w/ 2 Queen beds, upscale furnishings, (2) custom matching wooden benches to hold your luggage & comfy matching upholstered chair for resting. Upscale decor. Shares large jack & jill bathroom.

Large, cool bedroom that has (2) sets of Full /Full bunk beds, with upscale decor and antique dresser. Ensuite bath.
