Newly renovated cabins on River Road in Concan, Texas. Book 1 cabin or all 3 to sleep up to 24 people. This is cabin #1 on the property, closest to the entrance. Other cabin IDs are 2501387 and 2501373. This property has AMAZING canyon views, perfect for star gazing. Watch the deer roam the property during the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Each cabin is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a large living area and full-size kitchen (dishwasher included). Each cabin sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. Please a maximum of 3 vehicles per cabin!! This house rule will be strictly enforced!If any guest exceeds this, you will be asked 1st to remove additional vehicles off the property, if not in compliance towing will be enforced. There is a dumpster and private pool on site for all guests of the cabins to use. This property is conveniently located within walking distance from both The Frio Store on River Road and Kenneth Arthur Crossing, which has public river access.

Family retreat

Perfect for what we needed
Our family had a rental for Thanksgiving in Heart Stone just around the corner but we wanted our own space - this cabin was perfect! It's a great location to the river and very spacious. The hot water had an issue due to a leak before our arrival and the host and handyman were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. The pool looked nice for summertime trips, but it was cold and rainy during our stay.

Attending a family gathering near this area.
Had a bit of a time locating the place due to the darkness and problems with phone services. (Just move around to find phone service and stay there). Once we found the place it was truly lovely. Don't think it's good for 10 people (really tight with 8 adults). All utensils, pots and pans need to be replaced. No TVs in bedrooms (should be). And no ice maker in refrigerator, so bring your own. Which we did. Parking per space should be upgraded. Overall, it's a lovely place, very refreshing. I would recommend it.

Concan Pool and Wildlife
We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was amazing. The cabins were clean and the AC worked very well. It is in walking distance to the store. Great location. Outside patio was perfect for morning and evening times. Will stay here again.
