Loma Bella has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your next trip to the Frio! This home is located in the Canyon Oaks Subdivision, about 1 mile to FREE river access at Frio Country Resort. At this rental, you will find a basketball hoop, volleyball, horseshoes, a private pool, fire pit and privay!

Winter Rate (November - February): $415/night
Off Season Rate (March, April, October): $508/night
Peak Season Rate (May - September): $625/night
10% Holiday Markup: Memorial Day Weekend, July 1 - 4, Labor Day Weekend

PARKING:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.

A down payment of 40% of the total is due at the time of booking, the reservation balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made using a credit, debit card or check. Please note, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, guests are given a 10-day window to mail in deposit payment. Check payment arrangements can be made by calling our office.

Clean and roomy place
This year we decided on a place with a pool for our yearly Frio trip, in case water was low at Frio, this place is great, our only issue was was the stairs for us older people that stayed, which has nothing to do with the place itself.

Great for Family Getaway
The layout of the property was great for family gatherings. Loved the privacy since it was off the road a bit. Balcony was a hit the night of the thunder storms...great light show. It was also nice being able to see all the wild life while we were drinking coffee outside by the fireplace.

Super fun escape. Concan was not open much as were preparing for next week Spring Break. The house has many amenities that kept us all entertained. Very relaxing getaway. So quiet and peaceful.

Social Distancing Retreat
Loma Bella was just what we needed to bring our immediate family together. This is a dream home in a serene spot. The amenities were endless and included, a swimming pool, bar area, fire pit, bbq pit, volley ball net and a basketball and horseshoe area. It was very spacious inside and outside. We will return.

Great Get away home
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Loma Bella! It was a beautiful, comfortable home. It had everything you need for entertaining. Especially the kiddos. The only thing we needed was instructions on how to float the river because we were back and forth from the office to the store because we didnt know the process. So it took us more than an hour to actually get going being that this was our first time ever being there. Other that we had a BLAST. We will definitely return!
