"We loved the location close to the beach, great seafood restaurants and towns. The house was large, well appointed and very relaxing. Weather was not quite warm enough for the pool but it was very tempting and wonderful to have it available. The northern coast was delightful and our hosts suggestions for places to visit were excellent. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay."

"The house is just minutes from the beach. Even in early August the beach is not crowded. Water temperatures were around 16 C. The beach gets windy in the afternoon when kite surfers start. There are life guards which adds extra safety. The little town is cute with restaurants, beach cafes and a little grocery store. A train to Porto runs a few times a day. The house itself has some charming aspects such as the ocean view and the hardwood floor. The kitchen has a lot of useful things....

The property itself had a real local charm to it helped by the welcome of our host. Perfect property for families just looking for some downtime or to use as a base to explore this part of Galicia. "We had a wonderful time at Casa da Armada and the villa was spacious and comfortable. Our host was responsive and friendly from the time we decide to rent the villa all the way to our checkout. We loved the outdoor dining table under the grape vines. It is located in a rural setting but is only about 10 min car ride to town for groceries, restaurants and any other needs. Upon our arrival, we noticed that pool needed some cleaning. After notifying the host, a pool technician was sent the next day...
