260 km north of Rovaniemi, in Saariselkä holiday resort in Kaunispää fell / southern slope.

Wooden two-storey semi-detached house, built in 2016. The upper floor kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, toilet and terrace. On the ground floor 1 bedroom with double bed, sauna(electric), washhroom, toilet, utility room and large living and recreational space. Movable extra bed in living space. Neighbouring apartment 13377.




From Kaunispää hillside great views of Saariselkä. The villa yard's other side is park area with no neighbors. Wireless Internet connection. Child safety gates on stairs (both upstairs and downstairs). In the backyard a atmospheric barbecue hut available to the clients.

Ski trail runs next to the villa, Ski lifts lower-station 3.5 km, upper station / Kaunispää top 2.0 km by car.
Kaunispää top by foot 0.6 km. A walkway to the center of Saariselkä 1,4 km and 2.5 km by car. Sledge hill 100 m. To the boundary of National Park 2 km.

Ivalo Airport 28 km. Ivalo 30 km. The nearest bus stop approx. 500 m. Ivalo airport shuttle bus back and forth.

Hyvätasoinen ja mahtavalla sijainnilla oleva loma-asunto. Pimennysverhot kesäaikaan makuuhuoneissa mainittava isona plussana. Keittiön varustelu oli hyvä, löytyi välineitä monenlaiseen kokkailuun. Kesäaikaan yläkerta aika tukalan lämmin joten tuulettimet esim makuuhuoneisiin voisi olla hyvä hankinta.
