Beautiful, cosy farmhouse "Fürstauer", renovated in 2013, surrounded by meadows. 2.7 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 1.3 km from the lake, 6.6 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue (swing, sandbox). In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Hübsche Ferienwohnung im Grünen
Eingerahmt durch einen freundlichen Empfang und eine ebenso freundliche Verabschiedung hatten wir eine schöne Woche auf dem Hof. Ein Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Haus vorhanden, die Ferienwohnung selbst geräumig, hübsch und gut ausgestattet. Eine komplette Küchenzeile, zwei Doppelbetten plus ein Einzelbett und eine Couch sorgten für den nötigen Komfort. Der Ausblick, insbesondere vom Balkon, ist traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein 3 Minuten mit dem Auto bzw. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Vielen Dank!

Die Ausstattung war völlig in Ordnung.Die Aussicht wunderschön(wenn das Tal nicht von Wolken eigehüllt ist).Eine Ruhe wie man kaum noch findet.Vom Bauernhof merkt man eigentlich sehr wenig-ausser man möchte ihn besichtigen.Das findet alles im anderen Teil des Hauses statt.Ein Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.Dafür sollte die Geldbörse aber gut gefüllt sein.Gastgeber freundlich.

Sehr schöne & saubere Wohnung. Traumhafter Ausblick auf die Berge. Ruhig oberhalb von Saalfelden gelegen. Probleme werden sofort beseitigt, da Vermieter mit im Haus wohnt. Alle sehr freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen

Vi var 5 personer - to voksne og 3 børn på hhv. 6, 9 og 12 år. Gode senge og pladsforhold. Dejlig imødekommende vært. Super lejlighed med alt hvad der er behov for. Og så det absolut bedste - lejlighedens beliggenhed. Den ligger lidt udenfor byen, hvor der virkeligt er stille og roligt. Med en helt fantastisk udsigt ind over byen og til bjergene. Alt i alt vil vi på det varmeste anbefale at booke lejligheden.

Schönes Haus mit traumhaften Aussicht
Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Ferien Wohnung (2 Etage mit Balkon) mit traumhaften Blick auf die umliegenden Bergen und auf den Stadt. Idyllisch gelegen auf einen Hügel, gut auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, ca 25 min Gehweg mit Einstieg. Das Städchen liegt sehr zentral, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, ob Wandern, Radeln Schwimmen oder Skifahren, Roddelbahn, Lift gib es sehr gute Anbindung an der Nahverkehr bzw gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Prima huis. Slaapkamers zijn groot. Keukenvoorzieningen zijn goed. Geen theepot in huis. Woonkamer heeft kleine eettafel, 1 bank en verder geen stoelen. En het balkon is te klein om als gezin te eten. De verdieping ligt op het noorden. Mooi uitzicht, maar geen zon, daardoor is het koel in huis maar geen zon is ook wel een gemis.

Paní domácí je usměvavý člověk, nic nebyl problém. Apartmán prostorný, krásný, čistý. Dostatek ručníků. Kuchyň měla veškeré vybavení, prostorná. Výhled úžasný. Samozřejmě dobrá Wi-Fi. Jediné co mi vadilo, byly měkké matrace.
