The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"We had an awesome time at this house. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Enjoy all the plants and trees and quietness. The house is gorgeous. We cook many delicious meal in the kitchen and enjoy the outdoor sitting. Location is very great walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to many other little coves. Short few minutes drive to any grocery stores . The host is very friendly and accommodating. our family members already looking forward to book again and return back"

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area."

"We absolutely loved our stay - the house is huge and plenty of room for our group. Communication was great and the owner was very flexible and sweet, bringing us tomatoes and peppers from his farm every day. Highly recommend and wish I had another occasion to plan so I can book it again! "

"Tolle Lage, alles was man braucht in der Nähe! Der Pool ist auch ein Segen. Innen ist vieles ein wenig heruntergekommen oder kaputt, aber das stellt keine wirkliche Einschränkung dar. Preis könnte auch etwas geringer sein, aber ich würde es trotzdem wieder buchen!"

"This is a very nice hotel with everything that you need. The pool is v nice and pool towels are provided. The hotel staff are excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Popular with cyclists. The local public transport is great. Limited local restaurants but this may be due to the time of year. "
