"Room is really spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although the property looks a bit outdated but it’s been kept in a good condition overall. Good breakfast with variety of choices. The only thing that could be check is the air-con in room. We stay in one-bedroom and the air-con in living area is freezing even though we turned the temperature to 29 degree. We have to switch mode to fan to warm the room up and back to cool when it’s too warm. "

"I would rate The Velo Resort higher, but my one night stay and sleep was interrupted all night by the room next door playing very loud thumping music and loud talking, virtually all night and into the morning when i checked out at 930AM. When i called the front desk during the night to complain, no one answered. Its actually a surprisingly nice facility, modern, clean and comfortable with a cool bicycle theme and a BMX track. The pool is beautiful and right outside my sliding glass doors. Restaurant was pretty good and that staff helpful."
