"I booked this property through hotels.com and they immediately sent me a message details, stating checkin was until 22:30. I messaged them back staying I would arrive between 22:00-22:15 but did not get a response back so I assumed I was OK. I arrived at the property around 22:10 and could not get in, I tried ringing the bell with no response. Finally someone came outside to smoke and they let me in. Luckily an employee was still there and allowed me to check-in. He told me they dont usually...
