"Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."

"There is a difference between the "3 star" versus the "4 star" hotel but guests are able to partake in ameneities of both: including the shuttle that brings guests directly to the train station/entrance to Jakobshorn. Overall the service was the crowning jewel of our experience. My husband injured himself during our snowboarding run so we came down the mountain early. "I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
