"My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. "Great property. The only issue is the carpet in the room was stained with an orange paint like substance (at least 2 rooms). "

"Bad mattress was covered by celofan cover with prevent natural body airiness and therefore you feel like in hospital, very uncomfortable, sweating a lot as if you pulled cellophane over your entire body. Breakfast is quite decent. "

"Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Alles war ok. Allerdings haben sie den Preis fürs Frühstück verdoppelt, was es dann nicht mehr wert ist. Ich bin um 8:45 gekommen und da waren schon einige Platten leer gewesen und es wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Schade. Man hätte zumindest fragen können, ob man noch etwas fehlt. "
