Family Oasis
Our family has been coming here for several years, and we have never been disappointed. The house is right on the beach and supplies all the beach accessories one would want. Patty is a wonderful owner and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is beyond perfect. Can't wait to go back.

Awesome NH Beachfront House
Incredible views of sunrises, Isle of Shoals and changing tides are amazing from the many windows. Main floor of this house and the suite upstairs is beautiful. Hardwood floors, open concept floor plan, cooks kitchen and warm fireplace for cooler nights makes this home very welcoming. Lots of room to spread out and extra sleeping / bathrooms on lower level. Outside lawn directly off the porch is beautiful, stone steps lead down to the beach, room for yard games and Adirondack chairs around a fire pit overlooking the ocean complete this idyllic New England setting. Beautiful, peaceful house that we were grateful to find and bring our Florida and NH families together to celebrate a college graduation. We hope to return again.

3 Parts of Heaven all in one place
Where can you see the morning sunrise, the evening sunset, and see the glorious beach all in one place? It is here at Shangri La. The location is stunning, but the property is amazing and well taken care of.. Plenty of room for all of my family.

Lives up to its marketing. No phony photographs or representations whatsoever!
The home was simply lovely, beautiful setting, very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Beach house that feels more an exclusive home than a typical beach getaway. We will look to booking again. Very tastefully decorated, excellent kitchen with all the tools you would find in your own home.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean , spacious and had everything we needed and more. The view of the ocean could not have been better and perfect place to walk on the beach. Our ages ranged from 9 months to 85 years and we all enjoyed it so much we have already booked another week.

Perfect family time with 90+ year old moms!
We love this beautiful house! The sunrises and ocean views are the perfect antidote to long New England winters. This is the second time we rented in February to share a week with our 2 over ninety year old moms. They love it and we three sibs and our spouses find it a great way to relax. Hope to be back next year!

Perfect respite time!
The house and location couldn’t be better! It’s a two-hour drive away, the house has been a great vacation destination for us with our 2 ninety-plus year old mother’s and siblings each of the last two winters. With COVID-19 restrictions, my husband and I found the house as inviting for a romantic getaway! Everything you need is there and conducive to rest and relaxation. We’ll be back!

This property is well appointed and extremely comfortable. The location is one of the best on the NH seacoast. At low tide, the beach is perfect for small children. This is our second year renting, and if the house is still available, we hope to return every year. As my family headed home last week, they told me it was "the best vacation ever". Thank you Olivers for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us. We hope we will be able to make many more treasured memories here.

Best places we've stayed at!
We travel a lot and have stayed at some amazing locations. This was one of the best places. The location it AMAZING. The beach, sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between. It can't get better than this when it comes to ocean front properties. The house had EVERYTHING you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. We wanted some R&R time and got that perfectly in the middle of winter! Would love to stay again. The only challenge, it's hard to find available dates on this property and there's a reason for that :)

This was the break we all needed.
This was by far my favorite vacation with my family of 12. We are ages 2 to 82 and everyone enjoyed every minute of the stay. The house had everything you could ask for and more. The beach was so close and so beautiful, everyone enjoyed walking it each morning. We played board games and had a fire on the cold nights and a fire outside with smores. We loved watching the sun rise each morning and the surfers out in the ocean. Amazing is all I can say, and we all miss it already. I miss the sound of the Ocean as I fell asleep and sitting, coffee in hand, on the porch each morning. Thank you again!

Best winter family get-away ever!
Our 93 year old mother has been renting a house on the Atlantic Coast each winter for the past 6 years in our Dad’s memory. We 3 siblings and spouses gather with our 90+ moms for a week of love, laughter and wonderful meals. This house was the most amazing venue we’ve found yet! The three king bedrooms were ideal and having several bedrooms on the main level made both our 93 year old and our 91 year old moms comfortable. The views are incredible. The kitchen the most well equipped we could wish for. The master suite is to die for. We loved walking the beach and frankly couldn’t think of a single thing we would have changed or wished for. We hope to be back next year.

Off-Season Delight
Our 5th April spending a week at this family beach house. Off-season brings so many new sounds and sights. A bald eagle frequently visited overhead. One 70 degree day had my kids frolicking in the ocean. A nor'Easter came through another day rattling the house and bringing the biggest waves I've ever seen at Jenness for over 40 years! We celebrated Easter this year at the house and had fun watching the kids hunt for eggs in the rocks. The beds are sooo comfortable, the house is immaculate, the kitchen is well stocked. Thanks again for opening your home to others!
