"Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "

"Really nice room, beyond what I expected. Kitchen included everything needed (except oven and microwave). Bath tub was a welcome unexpected bonus. The area is perfectly located city centre easy walking distance from everything"

"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "
