"This property is not serious. I had a long flight and when I arrived to the property late at night almost 2am they told me they had no more rooms Available. I had to go somewhere else and hunt for a room. Not only that they never gave me back my refund I had to wait almost a month after long disputes with them and Expedia in order to get my money back. If your a person or family coming from long distance I highly recommend you staying somewhere else not here. The owner is not serious "

"Everything was perfect and the room are big enough,they feed you and they are friendly, the only issue was make sure that you don’t pay online when you booking because I don’t know where the money goes, we had to pay again at the hotel and claim your money back which doesn’t make any sense, ather than that it’s perfect for the price "

"I like the great hospitality and customer service from the staffs. The room and property was always clean. The security is perfect. The location was perfect...close to market, airport, restaurants, stadium, kigali convention centre, cinema, parliament ...and its easy to commute any part of kigali anytime of day or night . I'm satisfied and happy with Gisa stay services and i recommend them to anyone. Give it a try for a 5 STAR experience that won't cost you much. They are value for your money."

"The location of property is fantastic . Property very specious with excellent view. Area that needs improvement is communication with staff which is a bit hectic since they do not understand English except the Manager. Therefore, in the absence of Manager it is very difficult to communicate with staff. Entertainment of guests should also be improved (Working TV) to keep them abreast of world news"
