The immaculately clean apartment is the bottom floor of a rustic Swiss chalet overlooking the farm and rolling hills. The location is stunning where the only sounds you hear are distant cow bells and sheep. Simon and Beatrice were friendly, kind and supportive from the time we contacted them to when we left. "Rooms were extremely hot and weren’t ventilated. Internet was super slow. So many bugs in and outside the stay. As well the door handle literally came off just from trying to close it. As well when we arrived we found a towel that was covered in blood. "
