With a complete estate buyout, you and your guests will have exclusive access to 19 well-appointed bedrooms and several common spaces for meals, meetings, and activities. The estate can accommodate up to 42 overnight guests (included) and 150 day guests (for additional fee). This full estate listing includes three houses: the Main House, the Carriage House, and the Farmhouse. The Main House has 7 bedrooms upstairs, and numerous common areas downstairs. The Carriage House has 7 bedrooms, all with private entrances. The Main and Carriage House Suites are all king or queen beds, with private en suite bathrooms. Several bedrooms have sofa beds. Some suites have oversize bath tubs, some are jetted tubs, and some are antique claw foot tubs. Several rooms have lounge chairs and fire places in room. The Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, a full kitchen and large living space downstairs, a full bathroom upstairs, and two half bathrooms downstairs.
