"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."

"This was the best room of our vacation and it is less than a mile from Europa Park. The room was quite large as it is an apartment with a full kitchen, patio, and had beds for 7 people. A double and a bunkbed in the bedroom plus a double and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a small patio where you immediately notice how meticulously the yard is maintained. It is beautiful.
