"This is only my 3rd stay at the hotel and casino and overall it was very good. Our room was clean but unique to this visit, some attention to detail and issues were noted. I did not bring any of this up to staff as they were totally bearable. Just wanted to be clear. The pool and hot tub was heaven as usual and super heated! "Charming old-world ambience. My room had a king-sized poster bed which some people would need a step ladder to get on (I'm not tall, but am agile!), but very comfortable. Some rooms need more logical placement of outlets for lights and electronics; other rooms are up to date. The ambience is friendly and the staff are excellent. Plus, it's so convenient to downtown and for leaving city center. "

"Two night winter get-away. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It's right on the lake and main Lake George strip. The main hotel is clean and the staff were excellent including the restaurant/bar staff. A few minor quibbles include adding some technology updates in the rooms including USB and/or outlets near the beds. The suites could also benefit from a second TV in the sitting area.
