• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one upstairs and a private en-suite downstairs—ensure comfort for all guests.
• Outdoor Spaces: Entertain on the upstairs patio or unwind in the luxurious cedar spa and sauna area.
• Extras: Modern amenities include high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and ample parking.

Thank you for choosing Perch for your mountain getaway. Before your arrival, please ensure the welcome submission form is completed.

CHECK-IN
This is a self-check-in property. A lockbox is provided with one set of keys for your stay. A $50 fee will apply for lockouts, late check-outs, or failure to return the keys to the lockbox.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. The mountain region is highly susceptible to fires, and we appreciate your compliance.

PETS
We welcome two dogs (max weight 20lbs each). A $75 pet fee per dog applies, along with a fully refundable $250 pet deposit.
• Keep pets off furniture and beds.
• Dogs must be crated when left alone.
• Always leash dogs outdoors and supervise them, as wildlife is present.

FIREPLACE
A complimentary bundle of firewood is provided. Additional bundles are available on-site for $10 each.
• Open the flue before lighting a fire.
• Close the inner screen door during use.
• Burn only natural wood or compact firelogs. No plastic, treated wood, or kitchen scraps.

SAUNA
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Heating elements are extremely hot; stones remain hot after use.
• Use the provided green “Perch sauna towels” on the wood benches.
• Pour water on stones cautiously to avoid burns.

CEDAR HOT TUB
• Access: The tub is covered and secured with a combination lock. Adults should unlock and supervise minors.
• Rinse before use. No soaps, oils, salts, or bubbles.
• Avoid standing, climbing, or laying on the deck cover.
• Keep the cover closed after use to maintain warmth and cleanliness.
• A $175 fee applies if water quality is deemed unsanitary.

GLASSWARE
No glassware is allowed outdoors, especially near the hot tub and sauna. Use the provided acrylic cups for outdoor use.

PARTIES & NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
• No parties or events are allowed. Violations may result in eviction and charges for damages or additional cleaning.
• Respect the neighbors and the property as if it were your own.

THERMOSTAT
Set the thermostat to your comfort level during your stay and back to 65° upon checkout.

BBQ
Clean the grill and close the propane tank after use. A $100 fee will be applied for excessive cleaning or if the propane tank is left open.

KITCHEN CLEANUP
Please wash and store all used dishes and cookware to avoid additional cleaning fees.

TRASH & RECYCLING
• Black bin: Household trash, food waste, food containers, and bagged animal waste.
• Blue bin: Flattened cardboard, paper, aluminum, tin, plastics, glass bottles, and jars.
• Not accepted: Electronics, batteries, dirt, rocks, construction debris, or hazardous waste.

EV CHARGER
An EV charger is available on-site. Please bring your own charging cord for use.
