"It was good overall. Very friendly staff, good bartenders, great service overall. However. As one of the more premium options, it could have been better. The hot tub was run over constantly by screaming kids, only pool was a play ground for children, and the pool bar smelled of bar mold which happens when they don’t get cleaned properly. Parking is free, but there could be more of it. Coffee was good, but it was ultra expensive and the line was always minimum 6-8 deep. "

"It was the most perfect peaceful, tropical location on Grand Cayman Island. We chose the East Side location for the quiet but what we ended up with was even more-they were the most welcoming, cheerful, and professional diving/snorkeling staff on a glorious section of the island. "We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed having a spacious suite. The beach is beautiful and was steps from our patio.we had the resort almost to ourselves for the first few days and were able to unwind. It did get much busier toward the end of our strip. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. "

"This was our second time at this resort. Overall we loved it. There are a few things we would change: More chairs by the water. People get up at 6:00 am and put towels on the chairs so no one else can sit in them but they don’t sit in them for hours. It is hard to get them. Secondly, the second bedroom had two twin beds. The photos show them together as if they were a queen. Housekeeping quickly came up and “fixed” the beds by pushing them together so our family slept poorly all week on a split...
