Wir standen immer wieder vor verschlossener Tür oder versuchten Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, oftmals ohne Erfolg. - Leere Bierflaschen/ Dosen im Schrank bei Ankunft - Keine Duschtücher, erst nach mehrfachen Bitten, dann nur eins für 2 Personen für die ersten und letzten zwei Tage - Kaffee/ und Tassen nur nach mehrmaligen Beanstandung aufgefüllt ebenso nicht...

I was able to leave my luggages after I checked out and visit stuttgart a bit more. Secondly, the room are massive with washing machine.
