"Great Stay, friendly staff "

"This is a great choice for backpackers and folks doing a brief stay over in Nairobi. I can’t stress enough how excellent the staff is and we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Again, excellent staff and really tasty food! The only issue for us was that there wasn’t air-conditioning and a rather weak fan but as long as you ask to stay on the side where the sun rises as opposed to where it sets, the rooms are nice and cool in the evening. For the price, this is an excellent option in Nairobi."

"The staff at the hotel were just fantastic people and very patient. The rooms were very clean plus the housekeeping staff do not hesitate to help when asked. The guest services team at the restaurant are just fabulous. Making my 18 year old daughter's birthday a very special day to remember. Thank you all at Sarova Panafric. "

"Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location is good; it is calm and quiet except for the very loud Sunday afternoon music. Access to the Arboretum is a real treat. "
