Spacious 18th-Century Country House with Garden, Terrace, and Family Amenities

Need space and nature... the Logis de Maisonneuve is a vast 152m² country house, located within the grounds of an 18th-century residence.
The house is very spacious, comprising a living room with a large fireplace (35m²), a dining room (30m²), a fully equipped kitchen, and three large bedrooms ranging from 12 to 20m², including a suite with its own private shower room and toilet. A shower room (ground floor), a bathroom (first floor), and two additional toilets. The staircase leading upstairs is wide and comfortable.
On either side of the house are two terraces with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. All around, a wooded park and a small, secure lake offer peace and quiet. Children can enjoy the trampoline and swing set, as well as ping-pong, racket ball, and Möllky games. From the cottage, you can go for walks and explore the town's hiking trails.
The Mayenne River and its towpath, just a few meters away, offer beautiful nature outings. You can spend your stay without ever tiring of exploring these wide-open spaces.
If you're looking for a museum, a zoo, or a water park, all of these are available in Château-Gontier (10 km). It's also possible to rent a boat or bicycles and enjoy the Mayenne River.
For shops, Villiers-Charlemagne has a bakery, a butcher's shop, and a restaurant (++) just 2 km away.
