Welcome to The Modern Deer Retreat a brand new fully renovated 5-bedroom 2.5 Bathroom home that combines luxury and comfort for an unforgettable stay in the heart of New Mexico's scenic beauty.

Conveniently located near Ruidoso's attractions, our retreat is a short drive from downtown shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Whether you're here for the hiking trails, the vibrant arts scene, or simply to unwind in nature, Ruidoso Mountain Escape is your ideal home base.

Fully equipped renovated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, including gas-stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with top freezer. All added in 2023!
Kitchen also has pots, pans, utensils, cups and plates as well as cooking starters such as salt, pepper and oil.

All bedrooms have a SMART TV and Master Bedroom has a King Bed.

SMART TV'S In every room! With Netflix, Hulu, Disney & FREEMOVIES (Guest Logs In) Living room TV also has local cable for news and other channels.

Dining room has 6 person dining table and for extra space we have 4 person seating in the kitchen island of this Airbnb.

For our coffee lovers, we have also included a Keurig Coffee Maker because we understand that a great morning starts with a good cup of coffee.

The restroom comes with extra body soap and shampoo as well as towels and toilet paper for your bathroom duties.

Street parking available with 3-4 spaces next to the home.
Outdoor furniture is available for those cloudy days to enjoy the mountain view while eating or sipping coffee.

Brand new HOT TUB added 2023! Backyard is beautiful and private for hangouts with the whole family.

Deer like to hang out near our property but please be aware some are friendly some are not! They are a bit timid and come at night and early in the morning.
