Great place for a large family
This cabin and the host were just perfect for our large family gathering. Plenty of room and beds, beautiful views from the large deck and patio. The cabin was clean and had the kitchen basics. We are definitely returning to this cabin!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. There were 9 in our party and we all had a place to sleep comfortably. The beautiful deck and hot tub were an added bonus as well as the wildlife that visited daily! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Stayed at the house with a party of 12. Home was beautiful and well taken care of. The views were breathe taking and the wildlife that would show up were so awesome for the kids to see. Cant wait for the next trip back

This is the perfect home to relax on the back covered wrap around patio/porch. We had those mountain showers and wildlife that we fed out back. The space was amazing for our large group, it never felt crowded. The area was amazing, all our guests were very pleased with our stay.

Our entire extended family stayed at this property and we had a great time. I will say that the property needs updating. Ceiling fans are not great and light switches are odd. Some work and others, it’s hard to find which switch goes with which light. We would not stay here again.

Perfect mountain get-away!
Thank you for sharing your Ruidoso home with our family! The mountain view and the hot tub was the highlight for all the young adults. The house is close to town and convenient to everything we wanted to see. Check-in was a breeze and communication with Jerry was very prompt and efficient. We would highly recommend this home for future visits.

Hot tub under the stars.
The property was well cleaned and was as described. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub under the stars at night and seeing deer in the yard in the morning. Stores and restaurants were close by, but the home still felt pleasantly private and remote.

Loved it!
Our family of 4 and another family of 4. Kids all 8-12. Plenty of room for us all. Very spacious, and comfortable beds. Back deck was amazing, very large, amazing views and most of all the hot tub. Tv back there as well. Deer in the yard to feed early and evening. Next trip back will be trying to book here again. Toilet Paper and trash sacks were the only thing we had to go buy.

Great Ruidoso Holiday
For Thanksgiving my family of four met my best friend’s family of five in Ruidoso at the Above it All property. This house was perfect for our group and we had a great time. The kids took over the basement and enjoyed watching movies and playing pool in their own space. We were lucky to get some snow and it was perfect sitting in the hot tub as the snow was falling. The view of the mountains is really lovely to see over coffee in the morning. We had a blast feeding the deer and the day after Thanksgiving a huge flock of turkeys wandered through the yard! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a wonderful thanksgiving dinner for 9 (besides the turkey roasting pan which we brought). Jerry was great at communicating all the info we needed to check in and answer any questions that came up. We had a great time! Thank you!

Very comfortable and great views
We had a great weekend! The house was very comfortable for all of us and the kids had a great place to hang out! The deer that made their way through the yard were amazing and the kids loved to see them each day. We only ran into a couple of small issues, there was no dishwasher detergent and only one additional trash bag for the garbage cans for the weekend.
