"We booked all the rooms in the house (4 rooms for 7 people, max 16 pax). Paulo confirmed that we would have the whole house for ourselves, which was part true because we shared the commons (living room, kitchen, pool, terrace) with the family living here, their friends and staff. If you are looking for privacy and intimacy, this is not it. The rooms are simple and beds not very comfortable, bathrooms basic and not very clean. "great place! A couple of options for improvement would be designating a smoking area as people were smoking on the patio near the lobby and the smell got stuck inside. Also need do not disturb signs at the doors. But the place is really nice and I hope to come back. I tried the restaurant food and it was also really good. "
