"Overall, this was a good stay for the price. My only complaint is that the upstairs bedroom was very very cold... We had to buy a heater to warm up at bedtime. It was an expense that we didn't plan on making but my kids were cold. I also did not love that check out was so early. Having twins makes everything I do take so much longer and ten is very early. But otherwise, it was a great stay! Clean and neighborhood was nice. I will definitely be back !! Thank you!!! "

"My family of 4, plus my parents and brother spent a weekend at the house and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is enormous and the kids enjoyed playing hide and seek in the many rooms. The kitchen is expansive and there's plenty of room for lots of cooks to all be doing their own projects. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring at night. "We liked this house, it met all of our needs, and had a wonderful woodsy view from the back deck and most of the windows. I would stay here again, and so would our friends. Things I loved about this house; Garage held split firewood for the firepit, at $5 bundle. Good stuff! They even had matches, firestarters, matches, and newspaper to build a blaze. So thoughtful. Many amenities in this home show a caring and thoughful hostess. We really appreciated that attention to detail. Loved...

"Overall well. I wish the unit was a little cleaner. The property is beautiful so a little more TLC would have been good. The downstairs area needed cleaned. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The toilet wasn’t clean but I cleaned everything to my liking upon checking in and it made our stay better. We felt safe and enjoyed to fireplace lights."

"The house is located on a very-country road with broad sweeping views of the surrounding hills and valleys. It was clean, described accurately, and spacious. I got to see the stars! The Christmas decorations in July were a bit out of place, but ignorable. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would consider renting again."

"The lodge was conveniently located not far from our daughter’s wedding venue and housed the bride and groom’s family as well as the bridal party nicely. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. It was a great place to hold the rehearsal dinner and the after party following the reception. "
