"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "Friendly welcome and helpful local tips for coffee and pastry from concierge desk. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. General appearance of hotel was clean and modern. Parking was close, and cheaper than private alternatives. Property is central and easy to navigate to / from without difficulty."

"Lovely little apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment is very basic and the bedrooms are small, but it's clean and staff are lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay in Liverpool. The only negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living room are very hard and incredibly uncomfortable - so not ideal if you want an evening in, or if you have children and are tied to the apartment in the evenings. "
