Villa Nunzia is a prestigious and luxury villa in Salento, in Ruffano. The lush garden and beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage are two of the most interesting features of this villa, accommodating up to 9 guests, a few kilometers away from the beaches of Gallipoli and Ugento.
The villa is fully equipped. In the garden there are a barbecue, minibar, outdoor shower, parking in the garage, electric gate, outdoor furniture and bicycles. Moreover, there is a gym.
It is equipped with accessories such as: air conditioning, internet, washing machine,
baby cot, safe, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, heating system,
mosquito nets, tv in every room. The kitchen is equipped with
dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee
machine, toaster.

The villa opens into a living room with glass doors and view on the swimming pool and garden. Thre are a modern kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed and the fitness room.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: one triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed,
two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom which can become a double
bedroom. Moreover, there are 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with
tub and 1 outdoor bathroom by the swimming pool.

Villa
Nunzia is in the city centre of Ruffano, a small town in the heart of
southern Salento. The villa is within walking distance from a
supermarket and the main amenities. Moreover, it`s close to Specchia,
one of the most beautiful Italian towns, known for its historic and
architectural beauties.
The beaches of Ugento, such as Torre San
Giovanni, are 17 kilometers away, while Gallipoli with Punta Pizzo and
Baia Verde are 20 minutes` drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Mandatory Towels fee not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week. 
- Video surveillance with external camers.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Optional midweek cleaning: euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- Mandatory midweek change of towels/linens with an extra price of euro 25 per person.
