"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do! "

"Staff here was wonderful. They spoke very good English, which was appreciated. We booked the room with a kitchen. Super spacious. Had a balcony off the kitchen, if you are a smoker. Bathroom was quite large. Super quiet. We didn't purchase the breakfast but it smelt wonderful. We took the bus to the center hub and the hotel was a few blocks from it. We did ask a local for help in getting there. Wonderful restaurants around the hotel, along with stores within walking distances. "

"The room i was in was reasonably nice. Dated decor, but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, however hardly spoke any English, so it was tricky getting checked in and out. Breakfast was poor. The sausages and eggs were cold (I did get a bit of an upset stomach on my third day, however not sure if this was because of the breakfast or something else I ate outside the hotel) and the bread was hard. The first couple of nights were quiet, however the third night there were people in the two adjacent rooms and you could hear everything they did. Not much to do in Bad Königshofen. I was there for work, but had a wander round town in my spare time. I think id done everything there is to do/see in about 2 hours). Poor public transport link to BK as well. "

"Despite an annoying check in via a tablet in reception which insisted on knowing everything about you, the hotel was good and I slept well."

"Located close to shops and restaurants. Parking is just a tiny bit of a pain but totally manageable. Staff is very friendly "

"It was a very nice Hotel, very friendly, good breakfast, very clean bathroom."

"Huge place that is walking distance from downtown and the train station. Clean and furnished. Check-in is easy. The only downside is that it is close to some main roads and there is some traffic noise that can be disturbing when people drive like idiots (revving engines) or play their music for people outside the car to hear. Near a huge supermarket. "
