"I needed somewhere near Gatwick and this was very reasonable, no problems with checking in, very friendly. However as the evening came I found the room quite cold, didn't see a radiator or anything, so I enquired at reception and was told there was an electric heater in the cupboard in the room, when I turned it on (it was an electric fan heater) I found it very noisy but it did warm the room up. "This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend. "

"It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."

"Excellent communication with host, and the property was just as described. Being very close to the train station it's very easy to get to Brighton. A few minutes walk away is an excellent pub - The New Port Arms and a well reviewed cafe/restaurant The Port Kitchen. Would definitely stay there again."
