"The hotel rooms were really clean and warm. We had to wait for the barman to finish his cigarette before we were able to order a drink at the bar, the waitress at breakfast was tidying away the breakfast buffet items around us as we were eating so it made us feel a little rushed and the breakfast table was sticky with crumbs from a previous sitting. The receptionist tried to charge for a drink on checking out which was not ours and didn't even apologise. The room was prepaid for over the web...
